If you purchase a subscription and find that the service does not work for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you are unable to set up the service or experience severe, unresolvable technical issues within the first 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund.

2. Conditions for a Refund

Before a refund is processed, you must:

Provide proof of your internet speed (we do not refund for buffering caused by slow internet or ISP throttling).
Refunds will NOT be issued if your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing or restreaming).

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Free Trials

We highly recommend taking advantage of our Trial periods before purchasing a long-term subscription to ensure our service is fully compatible with your devices and internet connection.
