1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

2. Service Delivery & Content Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime. However, due to the nature of IPTV, we cannot guarantee that every single channel, stream, or VOD asset will be available 100% of the time. Channels may be added, removed, or altered without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use & Account Sharing

Your subscription is for personal use only.

• Unless you have purchased a "Multi-Connection" plan, you may only use your subscription on one device at a time.
• Restreaming, sharing your account, or attempting to extract M3U links for public distribution is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

4. Internet Speed and Hardware

The quality of your stream depends heavily on your hardware and Internet Service Provider (ISP). We recommend a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps for standard streaming and 50+ Mbps for 4K streaming. We are not responsible for buffering issues caused by ISP throttling or poor internet connections. We highly recommend using a VPN.
